What do I do with my empty Cooler?
Please leave the Cooler outside for the Driver where he drops it off on each delivery night (Sunday's & Wednesday's) and he will take it away.
If you forget to leave out a cooler just leave them both out on the next delivery night.
The small meal containers can be recycled and the ice bag discarded.
Can I book days off?
Yes. Once you purchase days, they stay in your account. Just login and book as many deliveries off as you like.
You can't eliminate just one day from your delivery. You need to book off the full delivery
Just give us a call or email us if you would like us to do it for you.
There is no limitation to stopping and restarting your program.
What is the deadline to make changes or book off my delivery?
Deadlines are as follows;
Monday morning delivery is Saturday at 9:00 AM (EST)
Thursday morning delivery is Tuesday at 10:00 AM (EST)
Once these deadlines pass we cannot do anything as the menu is out of the system and being processed by the kitchen.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We DO NOT accept VisaDebit. We do however accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal or an Email Money Transfer.
How often do I get delivery?
We offer a 5 Day Program (Monday to Friday) and a 6 Day Program (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery for both programs is on Sunday & Wednesday evenings for Toronto & GTA area residents.
Sunday evenings delivery contains meals for Monday to Wednesday and Wednesday nights delivery contains meals for Thursday to Saturday. See our pricing page for more information.
Can I change my address during my delivery cycle?
Absolutely. As long as you give us 48Hrs notice. If you move outside your current delivery area a slight change in rates may apply.
Why is there no Sunday delivery?
This gives our Kitchen Staff some time to restock the Kitchen with FRESH new items according to all our clients needs.
Can I pay weekly?
You must pay for your full plan in advance. This enables you to put your account on hold for any period of time and make changes to your delivery schedule.
Can I transfer my plan to someone else?
Once your plan is paid for you can transfer it to another party at no charge. If the person you are transferring too lives in a different delivery area some charges may apply.
Is a 30 Day Program a calendar month?
NO...Our 30 Day program is actually a 5 week program with delivery for Monday to Saturday (6 Days each week). Our 5 days per week program (Mon-Fri) would be for 6 weeks.
